ABOUT US

Founded in 1996, South Hampton Community located in Charles County, MD is a community made up of 550 dwellings consisting of 225 single family homes and 325 townhomes over a 390 acre site. The community features 2 tot lots, a tennis court and several drainage basins, common areas all set within a natural wooded environment. South Hampton is surrounded by native oak trees and lush landscape foliage. Residential architectures also hint of a rural charm.

South Hampton located west of Indian Hwy or Route 210, is a short drive from I-495.  Residents enjoy the privacy from Maryland, District of Columbia and Virginia yet only travel minutes to local shopping, popular restaurants, entertainment, recreation and the newly constructed MGM casino.  Commuting to local attractions is only minutes away.

HOA INFORMATION

Annual HOA dues are $440 for single family homes and $220 for townhomes. The townhomes also have a separate management contract with MEINC and their additional fees are $800 annually.

Amenities: Tennis Court, Basketball Court, Pet Stations and Small Walking Trail.
Public Services: SMECO – Electric, Washington Gas – Gas,
Contracts: Marquez Landscaping, Evergreen Disposal and more.
