THE SOUTH HAMPTON
HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION
Is comprised of elected board members all residents and neighbors of the South Hampton community. Each board member is dedicated to preserving the community atmosphere while fostering family and lifestyle individuality. The board meets regularly and as necessity dictates.
One annual meeting of the resident membership occurs each year to discuss new association business requiring votes of the active membership. Though membership is obligatory, all members exercise voting privileges. Our fiscal business year is January 1 to December 31 with annual assessments collected each January with partial payments scheduled through August.
Because the Association represents many homeowners, we can easily focus on common interests shared by residents. As a homeowner, if you have an idea or service you believe our community may benefit from in volume, please share it with the Association. Others may share the same idea!
