Homeowners are reminded that architectural upgrades are require the prior approval of the Architectural Committee as outlined in Architectural Guidelines [link] of the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR’s) of South Hampton By-Laws. The purpose is to maintain our community’s appearance and residential appeal. Many homeowners make architectural design changes without consideration to our neighborhood or your home’s appearance. The Architectural Committee will help you select an approved design to ensure the aesthetics of the community overall. If you are planning to make changes to garage colors or siding ensure that you complete and submit the Architectural Project Request Form found on the Documents tab or contact Michele Talkington with questions.
