The South Hampton Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions require homeowners, including lot owners, wishing to construct an external home or lot improvement (including any fence or structure) to submit plans and details to the South Hampton Homeowners Association Architectural Committee for a compliance review to our governing standards. All Homeowners should first review and become familiar with the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and any amendments for their specific Phase before starting an improvement project. Plans with details should be submitted to the Architectural Committee for approval before starting construction, committing to material purchases or contract labor. The Committee does not review plans for safety, local building code, build permit or zoning compliance.
